Yellow Spot 12 year old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is proudly produced exclusively for Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants, Dublin, where the brand was born. This whiskey contains single pot still components aged in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-malaga wine casks. This maturation gives this whiskey more complexity than its little brother Green Spot, but allows the more complex aspects of the Single Pot Still spirit to be explored in greater depth.

Nose: Spicy and fruity with toasty wood notes.

Mouth: Aromatic and complex with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry and toasty notes.

Finish: Medium-bodied with complex flavors lingering on the palate.

Nose: Creamy, deliciously fragrant and very round, notes of sweet spices and melted sugar, woody and vanilla notes.

Mouth: Velvety texture with sweet flavors of spiced pears and vanilla.

Finish: Long and smooth, ends on a slightly creamy note.

F: Long, woody, spicy with citrus (lime, grapefruit).

Nose: Sweet barley with whiffs of peat smoke, herring and well-baked apple crumble.

Mouth: Smoky and slightly honeyed, sweet, sooty, peaty vegetal notes, and barley malt.
