Unique among Irish whiskies, Connemara is one of the only peated Irish single malt whiskeys. Inspired by the 18th-century technique of drying barley over peat fires, Connemara has a distinct peat flavor and aroma, infusing a delicate smokiness and a smooth, sweet taste. Its complex peat flavors and smooth malt taste make it a truly unique Irish whiskey.
