This whiskey contains single pot still components aged in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-malaga wine casks. This maturation gives this whiskey more complexity than its little brother Green Spot, but allows the more complex aspects of the Single Pot Still spirit to be explored in greater depth.
Nose: Sweet barley with whiffs of peat smoke, herring and well-baked apple crumble.
