Patrick J. O'Flaherty, better known as Paddy, sold what became his namesake whisky in pubs across Ireland for four incredible decades, spanning the turn of the 20th century. Magnetic, outgoing and generous, Paddy bought rounds and made friends wherever he went, always making sure everyone had a good time. Paddy was always welcome and was, by all accounts, universally loved. After 40 years of service, the whisky he sold took his name.
