Made from a mashed potato of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in copper stills, Redbreast 12 possesses the complex taste and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whisky. It is matured in a combination of American oak (ex-bourbon) and Spanish oak (Oloroso Sherry) casks.
