Taste: Creamy, full texture with a sweet flavor. Fruity and malty behind that homemade rum caramel, exotic notes of spicy pineapple and green banana, made even more palatable by spicy, dry oak.

Finish: Quite short, sweet and peppery.

In his book 'The History of Four Foot Beats and Serpents', Gessner described and drew the mythical animal Seawolf on page 580. The distillery's current logo is taken from Conrad Gessner's notes.
