The indigenous Räuschling variety is grown on only 20 hectares, mainly in the canton of Zurich. It is therefore considered a special rarity. The wine is aged mainly in steel vats, partly on lees in 500-liter wooden barrels. Its mineral freshness and subtle fruity-floral aroma make it an ideal companion for freshwater fish.

A white wine made from Nebbiolo? Bianco Alpi Retiche is unique, as Valtellina has never before produced such a wine. Only the refreshing acidity is reminiscent of Nebbiolo. Otherwise, this white wine convinces with its fine minerality and floral nuances.
