The indigenous Räuschling variety is grown on only 20 hectares, mainly in the canton of Zurich. It is therefore considered a special rarity. It seduces with its charming, springlike finish, right through to its full, long finish, inviting a second glass. This "pet nat'" is best enjoyed with an aperitif, ceviche, salmon canapés, sushi, and maki."
