Nose: Sweet barley, floral, hint of mint, butterscotch, slight saltiness.

Mouth: Sweet oak, sweet barley, fruity, slightly salty.

Nose: Sweet and rich, with fruity aromas suggesting baked apple, pear and peach. These are soon joined by a rich caramel note, reminiscent of sweet butterscotch. All these aromas are mellow, round and mouth-watering.


Mouth: Firm and full-bodied, richly fruity from the start, the powerful, fresh taste soon becomes deliciously sweet and salty, with a hint of salt amid the spicy intensity.


Finish: Quite long, it finishes smoothly, dry, slightly spicy and slightly refreshing.

Nose: Charcoal, chocolate and spice. Deep smouldering charred peat notes layered with a wash of maritime brine. Sweet and citrusy; vanilla, lemon zest and butterscotch. A hint of cinnamon spice, plums and dates draws you in and invites you to take a sip.

Palate: A roar of intense peaty characters which tingle and warms the palette, intermingled with notes of roasted cocoa beans and bitter dark chocolate. As the rich phenolic characters subside, a tangy fruitiness comes to the fore with the introduction of blackberry, plum, and gooseberry notes with indulgent characters of a crème brûlée.

Finish: Long-lasting and drying, with elongated notes of iodine, leather and sooty chimney smoke

Nose: Roasted vanilla beans, pepper, oak chips, cloves, anise, smoke. Mouth: Sweet, cloves, anise, mild spices. Finish: Very balanced, peat smoke, strongly aromatic.

Nose: Ripe orchard fruit syrup, smoky honey glaze and oak spice.

Mouth: Smoky apple wood, maple honey and spiced pear.

Finish: Evergreen fruit and smoky oak.

Nose: Heather smoke and charred citrus.

Mouth: The initial explosion of fruit gives way to subtle campfire smoke.

Finish: Long and persistent.

Nose: Cracked black pepper, dried pine resin and smoke.

Mouth: Chocolate, creosote, tar and savory meats.

Finish: Long, salty and mouth-coating.
