Yellow Spot 12 year old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is proudly produced exclusively for Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants, Dublin, where the brand was born. This whiskey contains single pot still components aged in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-malaga wine casks. This maturation gives this whiskey more complexity than its little brother Green Spot, but allows the more complex aspects of the Single Pot Still spirit to be explored in greater depth.

Nose: Apples with hints of vanilla and honey.

Mouth: Mildly spicy with a hint of ginger and caramel, hints of toasted oak.

Finish: Long, elegant with subtle notes of milk chocolate and almonds.

Nose: Malty, fruity and fresh aroma with hints of citrus and spice.

Taste: Smooth and pleasantly structured with notes of honey, orange and lemon and a strong malt presence.

Finish: Long and dry, in which the malt tones become increasingly noticeable and dominate the fruit and honey notes.

Nose: Crème brûlée, burnt flowers, dense spices, Provence herb soap.

Mouth: Round and supple, medium to full-bodied, dry with praline, vanilla and exotic pepper.

Finish: Long, evolving on honeyed cereals and grass.
