This distilled gin is made at the Herman Jansen distillery in Schiedam, the gin's home town. Traditional Dutch spices and botanicals are distilled separately in a still. The distillates are then blended and brought to 42.5% alcohol by volume; a percentage chosen by our master distiller for the perfect balance between aroma and mouthfeel. A unique gin, blending the tradition of Schiedam juniper with the finest botanicals and spices.

Nose: Citrus and berry notes mingle with subtle floral aromas, foreshadowing a rich, complex taste experience.
Palate: On the palate, this gin reveals delicate flavors of juniper, coriander and spice, balanced by hints of citrus and berries.
Finish: The finish is long and refreshing, marked by citrus notes and a hint of pepper, leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate.

Nose: Complex, spicy, slightly malty with a hint of juniper, anise, citrus peel, cloves, cinnamon and orange blossom.

Mouth: Spicy, malty flavor with notes of juniper, anise, bitter orange, cloves, cinnamon and cumin.

An aromatic blend built around the world of forests. Spruce needle and juniper berry are the 2 key ingredients, while the resinous, vegetal aspect is enhanced by hops, thyme, rosemary, cardamom and Vaudois honey. Highly aromatic, it can be enjoyed as a digestive or as a gin and tonic, where it won't be drowned by the mixer. Its vegetal side makes it a solid candidate for a Negroni.
