Nose: Lindores Exclusive Cask reveals intense aromas of ripe fruit, honey and vanilla, with a subtle hint of oak.
Feel: On the palate, this whisky reveals indulgent notes of butterscotch, pear and sweet spices, balanced by nuances of burnt wood.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving lingering flavors of candied fruit and malted cereals on the palate.

Nose: Round, subtly smoky, creamy caramel, anise, molasses and date.

Mouth: Soft, creamy, syrupy and suave. Notes of caramel, anise, orange, smoked tea, sweet spices (nutmeg and cinnamon), subtle cigar smoke and a very unusual aroma of grilled artichoke.

Finish: long, seductive, subtle but intense.

Distilled in 2007, bottled at 12 years of age. Single wine cask / outturn of 379 bts.

Nose : Approachable and rich. First polished wood and nuts (toasted hazelnut) dominate, then stewed fruits (baked apples), dried fruits (sweet dates), and soft brown sugar take over. Mossy too, after a while.

Palate : Sweetness and crunchy nuts impress at first, then there’s a smooth, fruity Speyside richness to enjoy. Firm, with a balancing sweetness. Brown sugar and espresso coffee. Warming and pleasant.

Finish : Medium to long, elegantly drying and crisp, completed by a pleasant, sweetly nutty chew-ability.

This bottling is dedicated to the Swiss physician, naturalist, humanist, polyhistorian and encyclopedist Conrad Gessner (1516-1565). In his book 'The History of Four Foot Beats and Serpents', Gessner described and drew the mythical animal Seawolf on page 580. The distillery's current logo is taken from Conrad Gessner's notes. Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving lingering notes of peat and ripe fruit on the palate, for an unforgettable taste experience.

Nose: Waves of plum, blackberry, strawberry. With notes of cherry blossom and honeysuckle, sandalwood and ginger.

Mouth: Fruity rich. blackberry crumble, roasted apples, freshly baked gingerbread, a note of baked orange and black cherry.

Finish: Rich on orange peel, raisins and cherry cake.
