Mouth: Sweet at first, then dries out. Malted notes and oats, then fresh fruit salad, spices and flowers.

Finish: Delicate pear and cookie and aniseed notes.

Distilled in 2007, bottled at 12 years of age. Single wine cask / outturn of 379 bts.

This whisky is rich, gently peaty and waxy.

Nose: This whisky reveals malty, smoky notes, as well as hints of dried fruit and vanilla.
Mouth: On the palate, there are flavors of caramel, toasted cereal and candied fruit, with a hint of pepper.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a sensation of smoke and sweet fruit on the palate.

N: Exotic fruits characteristic of Bowmore are immediately present, followed by a sweet, salty sherry aroma, but also coastal, fresh and full of citrus and mineral qualities. This is followed by an elegant peat smoke.

B: Fruity, peat smoke, saline and coastal attack, citrus and some smoked beer and dried seaweed notes.

F: Very long, smoky, exotic, coastal with citrus notes.

Nose: Jane Walker Black label 12 years reveals complex notes of peat, honey and dried fruit.

Feel: On the palate, this single malt offers a refined palette of flavors with hints of vanilla, caramel and oak.

Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a pleasant sensation of smoke and spice on the palate.
