A fascinating Speyside whisky from Knock, Banffshire. A spicy, nutty nose that mellows as the dram progresses. The sweet, fruity notes are very present from the outset, and this leads to a dry finish with hints of tomato. Watch out for the meaty notes too. A perfect way to round off this panel session tasting bottlings from the original collection.
