This Bruichladdich is extremely creamy, maritime and bright. Full of power and peppery, waxy texture, it shows the robustness of Islay whisky without the peat. And it's a true island single malt, evocative and beautifully coastal and mineral.

Nose: Rich in dried fruit and slightly vinous, notes of breakfast cereal.

Mouth: Notes of cereal, orange, marzipan, slightly tannic, medium-bodied, fresh and mineral with notes of toast and pastry.

Finish: Dry, spicy a pleasant contrast of honey and salted peanuts.

Nose: Sweet red apple, pear, marzipan and elegant vanilla notes.

Mouth: Vanilla beans, orchard fruit and almond oil.

Finish: Medium-length with a raisin note (pinewood).

We have the pleasure in presenting both the finished whisky and the final sherry in this limited edition of Whisky Meets Sherry. This whisky has drawn incredible influences and as a result showcases a range of dried and exotic fruits with cocoa and nutty notes. It is silky smooth and slightly drying in the finish.

Nose: Dried, earthy smoke, marine, caramel and vanilla. A touch of citrus and a hint of floral.

Mouth: Delicate and soft. Beautiful balance of aromas as the smoke envelops the oaky sweetness of vanilla and coconut. Nice marine notes.

Finish: Smoky but sweet with caramel, malted barley and orange. Nice complexity.
