Nose: Edradour 12 yo Caledonia whisky reveals subtle aromas of dried fruit, honey and vanilla, with a hint of smoky oak. Feel: On the palate, this Scottish single malt offers rich flavors of candied fruit, caramel and sweet spices, balanced by woody notes and a slight hint of peat. Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving lingering notes of ripe fruit and honey on the palate, with a subtle sherry cask influence.
Nose: A bright and vibrant start to this dram, there are notes of green apples, gorse bush, wine gums, and a mineral note.
Palate: The palate is well balanced with a touch of peat smoke, and sweet notes of icing sugar and white chocolate. Notes of tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil develop.
Finish: The finish brings notes of honey and gooseberries.
