Created in 1927 by visionary Louis-Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle, Cuvée du Centenaire celebrates the centenary of Maison Marnier-Lapostolle, founded in 1827. Originally, Grand Marnier's Cuvée du Centenaire was offered only to family, friends and customers. It is composed of XO cognacs from the finest production areas in the cognac region - principally Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne - and is matured over time in Tronçais oak casks at the prestigious Château Grand Marnier in Bourg-Charente.
