Straw-yellow color with greenish nuances. On the nose, aromas of pineapple, mango and vanilla, with floral notes. Elegant texture on the palate, with aromas of apple, pear, melon and a hint of spice. Fresh acidity and lemony finish. Each of the four grape varieties is vinified separately.

The indigenous Räuschling variety is grown on only 20 hectares, mainly in the canton of Zurich. It is therefore considered a special rarity. The wine is aged mainly in steel vats, partly on lees in 500-liter wooden barrels. Its mineral freshness and subtle fruity-floral aroma make it an ideal companion for freshwater fish.
