When we received the keys to GlenAllachie, our master distiller Billy Walker immediately set to work and put his stamp on our whisky; Scotch barley, 120-hour fermentation, slow distillation. As a blender for over 40 years, the warehouses are where Billy really feels at home. Working in our 16 warehouses with casks dating back to the 1970s, Billy has selected a limited number of casks to be marketed as GlenAllachie 18 Year Old.
Nose: Glen Ord Singleton 18 Year Old LE 2019 presents complex aromas of ripe fruit, honey, vanilla and oak. Spicy and floral notes also enrich its bouquet.
Mouth: On the palate, this single malt reveals rich, balanced flavors of candied fruit, caramel, nuts and cinnamon. The texture is velvety and the whole is perfectly balanced.
Finish: The finish of this whisky is long and warm, with lingering notes of fruit, wood and honey. The 55% alcohol adds intensity and a slight sensation of warmth to the finish.
Nose: Kilkerran Cadenhead 13 Year Old whisky is distinguished by intense aromas of ripe fruit, honey and vanilla, accompanied by notes of peat and smoke. Mouth: On the palate, this Scottish single malt reveals complex flavors of cereals, spices, dried fruit and dark chocolate, all sublimated by a salty touch characteristic of whiskies from the Campbeltown region. Finish: The finish of Kilkerran CDN 13 yo is long and warm, leaving lingering notes of candied fruit and spicy oak on the palate, for a rich, balanced taste experience.
Nose: Benriach Malting Season reveals delicate aromas of malted cereals, ripe fruit and honey. Feel: On the palate, this single malt reveals notes of creamy vanilla, sweet spices and toasty oak. Finish: The finish is long and warm, giving way to lingering flavors of dried fruit and toffee.
This 17-year-old single malt is truly unusual. For the first time, it has been aged exclusively in American oak Hogshead casks. This gives it a spring-like, fruity, honeyed and sweet character.
Nose: Black cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices to the fore, with hints of caramel, glazed figs and hazelnuts.
Mouth: Our heather honey, accompanied by orange peel, cocoa and ginger.
