Overall : Long, drying, and warming, with lingering ashen bonfire smoke and a delicate briny minerality that echoes the whisky’s maritime character.
Quantity

Initially matured in first and second fill Bourbon Barrels, it was then finished for over a year in ex-Manzanilla Sherry casks sourced from the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda in the Jerez region of Spain.
