The Maritime malt

Nose: Intense but balanced. Dried fruits, ripe apples and citrus, with a sweetness of honey and vanilla. Slight chocolate and floral in the background.

Mouth: Fragrant spices and Christmas cake, hints of chocolate and caramel.

Finish: Beautiful, elegant and marked by a hint of saltiness.

Nose: Red fruits, fresh cherries, heather flowers and intense peat smoke.


Mouth: Caramel, rich spices, vanilla and lingering peat smoke.


Finish: Silky, oily with fresh muffins, butter and honey.

Mouth: Malt flour, fresh hay, dried fruit, citrus and rosehip.

Mouth: All sweetness, a hint of tropical fruit, preserved lemon, sweet spices, apple pie.

Finish: Dry finish with sweet spices and oak.

Palate: malty-fruity sweetness with tingling hints of white pepper - again the intense peat smoke as well as maritime-salty notes of seaweed

Finish: strong smoke, seaweed and spice linger with pleasure for a long time

Nose: Aromatic, smoky peat notes, sweet scents of heather and honey, a hint of sherry.
Mouth: Ripe, round, smoky sweetness, rich malty tones with a hint of coffee.
Finish: Supple, round, persistent, soft with notes of heather.

Nose: Orkeney Signatory 100 proof n°30 whisky offers rich aromas of ripe fruit, honey and vanilla, with a subtle hint of smoke.
Feel: On the palate, there are notes of caramel, pear and spice, with a velvety texture and lovely complexity.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving lingering notes of dried fruit and oak on the palate.

Nose: Sweet and rich, with fruity aromas suggesting baked apple, pear and peach. These are soon joined by a rich caramel note, reminiscent of sweet butterscotch. All these aromas are mellow, round and mouth-watering.


Mouth: Firm and full-bodied, richly fruity from the start, the powerful, fresh taste soon becomes deliciously sweet and salty, with a hint of salt amid the spicy intensity.


Finish: Quite long, it finishes smoothly, dry, slightly spicy and slightly refreshing.

Nose: Glenturret Maiden Peated Ed. reveals smoky, peaty notes, accompanied by subtle hints of ripe fruit.
Feel: On the palate, this single malt reveals intense aromas of peat, honey and spice, offering a rich, complex taste experience.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a lingering sweetness and hints of smoky oak.
