Nose: Edradour 10 Year Old is characterized by aromas of honey, dried fruit and vanilla, with hints of peat slightly present.
Feel: On the palate, this single malt whisky offers flavors of caramel, baked apple and hazelnut, with a hint of cinnamon and oak.
Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a sensation of candied fruit and dark chocolate on the palate.

Nose: Very distinctively oily, with touches of extra virgin olive oil, sweet briar wood, aromatic herbs (coriander & sage) and a suggestion of smoked lemon peel. A splash of water releases more oiliness, like linseed oil, a gentle waxiness, and a burst of perfumed, aromatic carbolic soap, and finally, a whiff of crème brulee.
Mouth: A soft, oily, mouthcoating texture leads into a rich, sweet, smoky palate, with hints of oak moss, treacle, aniseed lozenges and a lovely, sweet, woody/balsamic flavour. This is then followed by smoked apricots and eucalyptus oil.
Finish: Finally comes a lingering, sweet/smoky aftertaste, with a touch of cumin, cardamon and the merest hint of coconut.

Nose: Rock Island is a Scottish vatted malt from the Highlands. Its nose reveals aromas of peat, sea salt and dried fruit.
Feel: On the palate, this whisky offers notes of cereal, vanilla and smoke, with a smooth, creamy texture.
Finish: Rock Island's finish is long and enveloping, leaving saline and peppery flavors on the palate.

Nose: Espresso coffee, chocolate pie and cocoa. Fruity notes (plums, candied orange peel, cherries, dates, dried fruit) and sweet spices (cinnamon, ginger).

Mouth: Mocha coffee and spices. Notes of melting apricots and orange zest, cinnamon, walnuts, raisins and ginger.

Finish: Long, mentholated and citrus.
