Martin Miller's original gin is pot-distilled using two separate distillations of the finest botanicals and citrus fruits. This gives it its unique balance of citrus and juniper. The final distillate is reduced using Icelandic spring water so pure that there is no need for artificial demineralization or distillation, giving the gin its sweet bouquet and characteristic feel.
