Evan Williams Single Barrel is the only 'Single Barrel' on the market to indicate a vintage. As with vintage wines, master distillers look for unique barrels that meet their high standards and the quality of existing vintages. Each bottle shows the year of storage, bottling and barrel number. Made from 78% corn, 12% barley and 10% rye, this vintage will age for 7 to 8 years.
