Typical smokiness, extremely peaty and aged in Oloroso Sherry casks. Full-bodied, fruity, powerful, spicy but still silky. An explosive whisky!

Nose: Creamy caramel, with aromas of ripe fruit and smoke.

Mouth: Incredibly complex, with lovely soft fruit and chocolate balanced with light smoke.

Finish: Long and wonderfully balanced.

Nose: Old Paar 12 ans Litre whisky reveals subtle aromas of dried fruit, vanilla and oak, with a hint of honey.

Feel: On the palate, this blended Scotch whisky reveals soft, balanced flavors of caramel, candied fruit and nuts, with a touch of cinnamon.

Finish: The finish of Old Paar 12 Year Old Litre is long and warm, giving way to woody and spicy notes, with a slight hint of smoke.

Nose: Notes of baked apples, vanilla and orange peel.

Mouth: Pear with some aniseed notes and a light touch of white pepper.

Finish: Sweet with spices and walnut.

Nose: Floral notes, sweetness, fresh tropical tones.

P: Orchard fruits and white pepper notes.

Finish: Fresh and fruity.

A full-bodied, rich and spicy 12-year-old single malt whisky. Slightly dry on the finish, with an abundance of sherry notes and a hint of herbal menthol. An interesting whisky with an unusual aftertaste.

Nose: Viney, nutty, astringent and austere. Notes of old bookstore, cocoa and black coffee. A light touch of pine and 'old sherry'-style resin.

Mouth: Nutty notes, dominated by Oloroso. There's a hint of bitterness, like that of a hopped beer. Malty but very fresh despite the sherry.

Finish: Long and tannic.

Nose: Leather, plums, currants and barley malt followed by burnt oak and notes of cinnamon, green apple and black pepper. Smoke, discreet at first, is lifted by aromas of red fruits, creamy briar porridge and a touch of pipe tobacco.

Mouth: European oak is clearly perceptible. Dry and spicy, it offers notes of burnt oak and roasted coffee beans. A sweetness close to candied and dried fruit cake, a hint of black pepper. With a little water, the smoke and fruity cask sweetness intensify, bringing out notes of Apples and pears.

Finish: Smoky malt, glowing charcoal, sea salt and earthy smoke.
