To honor the beginnings of The GlenDronach whisky making, master blender Dr. Rachel Barrie has crafted The GlenDronach Traditionally Peated using the same principles established by our founder James Allardice nearly two centuries ago. In those days, it was traditional in the Highlands to burn peat in the kiln towards the end of barley malting, creating a rich, warm earthy smoke. This whisky has been aged in the finest Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Oloroso Sherry and Port casks,
Nose: Cragganmore 12 Year Old reveals subtle aromas of honey, dried fruit and vanilla, with delicate floral and cereal notes. Feel: On the palate, this single malt offers complex flavors of ripe fruit, toasted hazelnuts and caramel, with a slightly smoky, spicy touch. Finish: The finish is long and warm, marked by notes of oak and candied fruit, leaving a soft, velvety mouthfeel.

Feel: On the palate, this whisky reveals notes of vanilla ice cream and tropical fruit, with a touch of white chocolate. Finish: The finish is smooth and creamy, leaving a sensation of freshness on the palate.
nose : Soft dried fruit mingles with Octomore’s signature smoke. Sunbaked tropical fruit and delicate florals appear from earthy peat, accompanied by a subtle nuttiness and toasted oak. Notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom emerge, alongside sweet smoke and a fresh, salty breeze.
palate : Rich and sweet smoke, followed by caramelised sugar, roasted nuts, and dried fruits. Subtle hints of candied peel and warming spices follow. The underlying peat adds depth and complexity, evoking the warmth of a campfire and a touch of sea salt.
finish : A long, sweet and smoky finish, with a crisp maritime freshness and lingering wood spices.
Nose: Round, subtly smoky, creamy caramel, anise, molasses and date.
Mouth: Soft, creamy, syrupy and suave. Notes of caramel, anise, orange, smoked tea, sweet spices (nutmeg and cinnamon), subtle cigar smoke and a very unusual aroma of grilled artichoke.
Nose: Deacon The reveals subtle aromas of ripe fruit and sweet cereals. Feel: On the palate, this whisky offers notes of honey, vanilla and toasted oak, for a creamy, balanced feel. Finish: The finish is long and warm, leaving a light touch of smoke and spice on the palate.
Nose: Toffee and molasses mingle with black honey and charcoal-smoked barley.
Mouth: Burnt orange, molasses, cloves and smoked bramble.
