Nose: Strawberry, cherry, Mizunara (Japanese oak).

Mouth: Raspberry, white peach, a touch of coconut.

Finish: Silky, on sweet vanilla, a hint of cinnamon.

Nose: Lots of pear, apple, fruit and vanilla. Light peat is there, but not overpowering.

Mouth: Soft and delicate, nicely balanced with some oak. Notes of spicy oak, vanilla, opens to orange and pear.

Finish: Long, round and slightly dry.

Nose: Fresh, vanilla, touch of spice.

Mouth: Fresh, complex and smooth, oak with oriental spices.

Finish: Notes of caramel.

Nose: Rose, lychee, hint of rosemary, sandalwood.

Mouth: Honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel, white chocolate.

Finish: Subtle, tender and long, with a hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak).
