The Asahikawa distillery produced this unique gin on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido. The main botanicals - bitter green orange peel, coriander, licorice and angelica root - are macerated for over 24 hours in neutral cane alcohol, distilled to 83% using a copper still, then diluted to 43% with water from the Taisetsu mountains and charcoal-filtered for optimum purity.
