Quantity

With 14 hectares of hillside vines in a single block, facing south/southeast and situated on a magnificent terroir of clay and limestone, molasse on a bed of Périgord clay and sand. The grapes are harvested at physiological maturity, then fermented in small stainless steel tanks, before being aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and vats.
