L'Anforti is a 'joyful' blend composed mainly of Merlot and a little Sangiovese. The bouquet reveals black forest berries and amarena cherries, warm spices and mineral notes. Valeirano shows surprising minerality, underpinned by incredible structure. There are hints of tea leaf and balsamic notes on the nose and palate. The finish is intense and the tannins are very fine.
